By downloading or using Forge IPTV you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Media Player Only

Forge IPTV is a media player application for Android TV and compatible devices. It helps you play streams from playlist sources that you configure.

3. No Content Provided

Forge IPTV does not provide:

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

5. Third-Party Content

Forge IPTV does not control third-party streams, servers, playlist providers or media sources. Forge IPTV is not affiliated with third-party IPTV providers or content services.

6. Availability

Streaming availability may depend on external services, internet connection and third-party infrastructure. Playback quality and reliability can vary by provider and network conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Forge IPTV branding, interface and application software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from third-party playlists, streams, EPG sources, network issues, device limitations, or interruptions in Google Play or other third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes

Terms may change over time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
